| Sabal Pointe is a “Homeowners Condominium Association” located in the City of Kentwood just east of East Paris S.E. and just north of Burton S.E. Our condominiums are in a community of detached homes on their own land and fall under the “Michigan Condominium Act.”Sabal Pointe is a condominium Association which is governed by a Board of Directors (BOD) which meets regularly.
Elections of Board members are held in the fall and the three year terms are staggered. This is an unpaid, voluntary Board. The annual meeting of the entire Association is held the third Monday in September, at a location to be announced prior to the meeting. |
