THE FOLLOWING EXPENSES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE ASSUMED BY THE OWNER

  • Proof of site condominium insurance, as you own both the inside and outside of your condo residence and the specified property as recorded in the Master Deed.  Please make sure your “Insurance Company” is aware that you need insurance for an individual house.  Please supply the proof of insurance to the Sabal Pointe Office Manager.
  • Property Taxes.  As assessed by the City of Kentwood Taxation Office.  These are payable summer and winter.
  • Replacement planting of shrubs or trees on your property must be approved by the BOD.
  • If a damaged or diseased shrub/tree is replaced with the same kind of planting in the same place approval from the Landscape Committee is not required.  When in doubt seek approval.  Owners are responsible for the consequences of unauthorized modifications and penalties that may be assessed.
  • The Owner of the residence and property shall maintain said property in good repair in accordance with the Sabal Pointe By-Laws.
  • Any visible modifications or restructuring must be approved in writing from the BOD.
  • The watering of lawns must be adequate to maintain the health and appearance of the grass.
  • Driveway resurfacing is available each spring by a local company if you should want yours done.
  • Newspaper delivery – contact the publisher.
